Welcome to CA Legal Advice Services. We are a Community Interest Company affiliated with Citizens Advice Mid Mercia and established to help our clients with their private legal matters. Whilst we are a separate legal body, we share the same ethos and vision.

Amongst many other services, Citizens Advice Mid Mercia already helps hundreds of clients who are eligible for Legal Aid with their housing matters. We have a team of housing lawyers who are passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. But we recognise that there are so many other clients who would also benefit from legal advice who either aren’t eligible for Legal Aid, or require assistance with private family law and civil litigation matters too. An experienced and dedicated family and civil litigation solicitor has joined the team in order to advise, assist and act for you!

CA Legal Advice Services is founded upon the core values held by Citizens Advice Mid Mercia; serving the community and giving a voice to those who need it most. We also recognise that Legal Aid is available for clients on a low income, and those with a high income are likely to be able to afford high street legal costs, but there are many clients that fall within the gap; they dont qualify for Legal Aid, but they also cannot afford expensive legal fees. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to have access to justice and legal advice.
